This program increases the level of understanding of top and middle management in lean principles and methods and application of lean tools, including the “theory of constraints” and “just in time” in the areas of:
► Production.
► Supply Chain Management.
► Warehousing.
2. Identifies opportunities for improvement in all business units
3. Prioritizes these opportunities based on cost benefit and effort.
4. Defines the most effective method for implementing improvements. (Just do it, rapid improvement/kaizen events, projects)
5. Develops an action plan with an achievable timeline.
Three Days of Workshop Includes:
► Training in Lean Basics and Tools.
► Value Stream Mapping (Understanding the existing process).
► Identification and prioritization of improvement, opportunities, and action.
